There’s a well organised campaign to Save The South London Line.

Mayor Boris Johnson is trying to trim the train service and the good people of Camberwell are not having it one bit.

Some new concessions to discuss the matter have been won by the campaign but there is still a long way to go.

After Boris’s recent heroic act Sly and Reggie will be giving Boris just a gentle ribbing at Mayor’s Question time tomorrow outside the Academy in Brixton.

As Sly points out, its the men who are the problem. Bad men..naughty men.

Amnesty International have organised a mass lobby of Parliament to keep up the pressure to supply vulnerable women in the UK with funding for protection.

Lobbyists are meeting at the Trocadero in the morning and then walking down to Westminster to ask their MPs to further the good work that is being done in this country to protect women from violence

Sly and Reggie plan to accompany the walkers down to Parliament with the track Malalai Joya.

Sly and Reggie will be on their best behaviour  as they will be entering the exclusion zone on their way down Whitehall. No flag and awfully polite…it is a middle class protest you see.

All those pushy parents who keep the middle classes in power have been dealt a warning.

Polly Curtis in the Guardian  has highlighted an enquiry by Ed Balls which threatens to bring those cheating mums and dads to justice..the ones who lie and cheat to get their kids into the school of choice.

Chatting up the vicar, renting a house for a week to get fake utility bills…its all gotta go..sorry.

So its  Catchment Criminals Beware by Sly and Reggie.

Sly and Reggie have written a cheeky love song for Malalai Joya,  reviewed here in the Guardian, is the bravest lady in Afghanistan.

As you proabably know Malalia had the guts to criticize the Afghan parliament for the way the old regime of war lords was still running the country. And just to prove her point they kicked her out of government and now all want to kill her.

Sly and Reggie are off to BBC centre tonight to air their new track Fat Toad written this week to mark Nick Griffin having a laugh at our expense on Question Time.

Dont forget that Hitler was a reasonable water colourist.

As usual its a Middle Class Protest, having to keep our families happy before we leave the leafy suburbs for the city.

Having forked out for the congestion charge to take the morris into the city yesterday it looks like another little trip is needed.

By the way, at yesterday’s flashmob a charming mounted policewoman asked if I was a squatter. I corrected the lady as I gave her my full details…leafy dulwich…middle class…friendly..etc. and then proceeded to Carter Ruck and some fun. No that’s not rhyming slang.

Carter Ruck the heavyweight media lawyers who tried to gag the Guardian this week and failed are getting more attention than they wanted…probably.

A Flashmob is due to appear at 1pm today October 15 2009 outside the Carter Ruck offices.

Sly and Reggie have rustled up a track “Carter Ruck you cant gag the people” and are loading up the morris with speakers as we speak.

East Dulwich will be hosting Plastic Bag Free Day on Sept 12 2009.

Local campaigners SNUB..say no to unwanted bags.. are taking to the streets and promoting the use of cloth bags on their local high street, Lordship Lane.

Sly and Reggie will be outside Somerfields with their Middle Class Dub System and performing from 12 to 3pm in support of the campaign and have concocted a dub track especially of the campaign.
